Rhubarb and Freezer Fruit Crisp

“I found rhubarb at the store!” Danny shouted as he walked in the door. “And it wasn’t $6.99 a pound!” This is one of the sure signs of spring in our house, when the rhubarb hits the grocery store and comes down in price. Since crisps are Danny’s favorite dessert, he rummaged in the freezer for more fruit—berries, cherries, and peaches—to make up what he needed to have enough fruit for one. Here you go.
