Pickled Red Onions


These pickled red onions are so simple to make. And they’re great to have waiting in the refrigerator. We put them on tacos, sandwiches, and salads. Recently, we put some of these on top of our tortilla soup, but they are good with any food that would be made better with onions with a zing and a little bit of sweetness, plus a bite of vinegar.
