Shauna had a hankering for a green tahini dressing for a salad. I looked at a lot of recipes because I don’t really like dressings that taste too strongly of tahini. I love the flavor but most tahini dressings scream TAHINI. So what could i use to add to the recipe and soften the tahini taste? Plus, make the dip creamy without dairy?
An avocado is good.
This stuff is good with grilled chicken, or on top of fish. It would be great as a dip for vegetables or thinned out as a dressing. Drizzle this with roasted vegetables right out of the oven. It’s delicious.
